NLG is a fast developing business set up in 1998 to fill the growing need for Food Hygiene Training across many sectors. We are currently based in Northfield, Birmingham, United Kingdom, although we train as far afield as Sunderland and Brighton.

Our principal lecturer is Nadia L Green pictured above. Nadia has an extensive catering and Management background involving running several restaurants including one of England's first Mexican restaurants.
We specialise in Basic Food Hygiene Courses and Intermediate Food Hygiene Courses.
